Environmental and Natural Resource Economics

Decision-making associated with the environment is often contentious, and made more difficult because environmental issues are difficult to quantify and difficult to explain to non-technical audiences. MMA has worked widely on strategy involving the environment for government, industry associations, research organisations and private companies. MMA works continuously on energy and process industry analysis and assignments. Consequently, we are ideally placed for evaluation of greenhouse gas initiatives, use of economic instruments, and other government environmental policy in relation to these industries and their customers.
