MMA staff draw on a diverse experience and skills base but share the common goal of exercising their abilities for our clients’ benefit, whilst developing personally and enjoying good relationships with clients and fellow workers. We take pride in maintaining high standards with respect to quality of work, professional integrity and client confidentiality. Our professional staff are all graduates in commercial and/or technical disciplines. All senior staff have post graduate qualifications and many have substantial management experience.
MMA’s six directors have, in total, over 170 years of professional experience, including 75 years of consulting and 50 years of executive management. Our associate and senior consultants have enjoyed a further 100 years of professional employment. All clients and all projects receive the benefit of this experience because we maintain a low director-staff ratio, currently 1:3, which ensures director involvement in each project and high levels of director-staff interaction.
